YEStet
Hailing from Boston, Kevin Scollins, Ben Young and Willis Edmundson comprise YEStet, the up and coming jazz band that is bringing a unique approach to the jazz guitar trio. Their debut album was released in January 2019 and their follow-up album of all original music is in the works.
SB3
SB3 is quickly emerging as a standout trio of young jazz improvisers. Lead by guitarist Sean Britt, the Boston-bred, NYC-based group comprises some of generation Y’s finest. With drummer Willis Edmundson and bassist Ben Young, Britt showcases both his original repertoire and the old standards. SB3 has performed through the northeast United States and is currently gearing up for an east coast tour in 2022.
Bird Lite
Bird Lite is a improvisatory collective comprised of Jan Esbra, Artie Sadtler and Willis Edmundson. Their debut album, ‘It’s a Thing’, was the product of a day in the studio where the band experimented, improvised and spontaneously composed. Those recordings were then chopped up, rearranged and edited to become the conceptual framework from which the band now operates.
